Immersed in the green hills of Monferrato, in a medieval village, lies the Castle of Trisobbio, charming inn and restaurant with local kitchen like the famous truffles from its zone, mushrooms, cheese and much more obviously accompanied by the famous Piedmonts and Italian wines. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday.
